The TURNO is a new trainer with direct power transfer and integrated fluid technology that has become part of the wide range offered by ELITE for indoor training. Even more precise, quieter and more powerful, TURNO is the successor to the Turbo Muin trainer, from which all the advantages and positives are based, with the aim of further growth and improvement.
In terms of design and structure, TURNO inherits all the features of the top trainers from the ELITE range; this gives it great stability and ease of use. The use is simple and requires few steps. Simply swap the rear wheel of the bike for the TURNO and you can start your workout by shifting gears as if you were pedaling down the road. Resistance gradually and automatically increases with the rider's speed, and the internal flywheel allows for smooth pedaling with a road-like feel. This type of trainer features a direct transfer of power delivered by the rider, as the system is connected to the bike's chain.
Even when it can be used as a regular trainer (place the trainer, fix the bike and pedal freely), compared to its predecessor, the TURNO is already with the Smart attribute, that is, the ability to transmit data via the ANT+ wireless communication protocol and Bluetooth Smart. In fact, already embedded in the TURNO is the Misuro B+ sensor, which allows to send data such as speed, cadence and power, allowing the rider to monitor (on smartphone, tablet, cycling computer and compatible devices, even through third parties, and not only ELITE apps and software) his workouts and evaluate his performance.
Accuracy is undoubtedly one of the strongest features of the TURNO trainer. The Misuro B+ sensor in the trainer is already calibrated from the factory on every single model using an ergometer with maximum precision. Every single trainer manufactured is mapped and the performance curves are stored on your Misuro B+ sensor, correcting for any design deviations. This ensures accuracy that trainers without a built-in power sensor have never had before.
My E-training - mobile version*: an interesting and technically sophisticated virtual trainer that travels with you wherever you go. Manage your power, heart rate, speed, time and distance directly from your smartphone or tablet using the My E-training app.
