Selle Royal, together with the Sport University of Cologne, has developed the first comprehensive range of ergonomic saddles based on laboratory studies at university level. The result is Scientia - a complete range of 6 ergonomic saddles designed to suit every rider. Scientia saddle selection is based on sit bone width measurements.
The Athletic saddles are designed for cyclists who ride in a more forward, sporty position at an angle of approximately 45°.
