That's why we made this jacket. We've used the lightest, most elastic fabrics to make a jacket that will block out most of the wind, remain highly breathable and provide an extremely high level of water protection, oh, and it basically disappears on you so you don't notice it's there. It's a performance piece, and we subordinated all of our efforts in conquering this challenge to that. We didn't add anything unnecessary, unless you consider the large reflective panel on the back to be unnecessary, we didn't. We gave it a body-hugging cut so it won't flutter in the wind, which also helps the jacket retain more warmth. The pockets are generous and easy to reach, the zipper slides easily, and the logos are discreet.
