Kristína Babulic is an illustrator and graphic designer.
She studied Media Design, and since finishing school she has been primarily engaged in digital illustration, in which she focuses on the inner worlds and human experience. He is inspired by nature, symbolism and tries to show the wider public that illustration does not have to be perceived only as a form of visual communication for children and that it can also be used to process more difficult topics or topics close to an adult audience. You can most often find her creating in a cafe with a good selection of coffee, with her little dog Majlo on her lap, which is why she likes to refer to herself as a cafe loiter with irony in her voice.
The design of the cycling jersey combines an unbridled love for cycling, even with its pitfalls, and the determination to overcome everything that the cyclist encounters on his way.
When creating, the artist uses traditional tattoos from the beginning of the 20th century, known for their symbolism and distinctive lines. The jersey is therefore not only a garment, but also a work that tells a story of courage and perseverance. The individual motifs are like chapters that together create the story of the cyclist's journey, from the first steps on the pedals, through challenging turns, to the goal of this epic adventure.
