The suit offers really excellent ventilation thanks to the possibility of a full opening on the front, which is partly sewn as a separate piece. The back is then made from Mesh Dragon mesh fabric, which is highly breathable. The back pockets can then accommodate your energy bars for the cycling and running part of the race.
